Sea World

OK, so the pictures aren't too exciting... Shamu!!!!!! He's older than me! I saw him years ago when I was 6. It was a nice, sunny day at Sea World. We enjoyed all the attractions...while Kyle slept in his stroller for over 3 hours. He sure was tired from Disney the day before! He still saw a ton when he was awake and enjoyed the shows we saw! It was too funny...he thought the lady swimming with the dolphins was getting hurt and started to almost cry. As soon as he knew it was giving her a kiss, he laughed it off!

Adam and Kyle's First Time to Disney World!

Dancing in the streets during the Move It, Shake it, Celebrate It Parade. Making a wish at Snow White's Wishing Well. We love Pluto! Spinning on the tea cup ride! At the Christmas Parade. on the It's A Small World Ride Kyle was sleeping when Pluto went by... on the boat ride. It was a cool day, but sunny and extremely crowded at Disney! But we still managed to go on a ton of rides, which Kyle is still talking and asking to go on to this day, and saw two parades also! It was a lot of fun! It brought back a lot of memories from going with my family when I was little! Kyle's favorite was "It's a Small World" ride and his favorite character is Pluto!

Swimming in Florida

Although it was chilly, we had a heated pool at the house we rented...so we weren't shy. Kyle loved doing the "polar bear", or in this case jumping from the hot tub into the cool pool. And he had no bathing suit that fit, and Wal-mart in Florida didn't have any, so the swimmy diapers worked just fine!

Painting the Toes...

While we were in Florida, I painted my toes in hopes to wear flip flops or sandals every day...well, that never happened...but Kyle wanted to join in on the fun. This was hopefully the one and only time in his life that his toes will be painted...but here he is checking them out.

Florida and Oranges...

just go together. So, why have I been to Florida sooo many times and never gone and picked oranges? Well, we did! It was pretty cold. Maybe about 50ish out, but the sun was shining and we attempted to pick oranges at a grove near the house we rented outside Orlando. We discovered that picking oranges is a lot more difficult than picking apples...and can be about just as cold. We still had fun, though...and enjoyed eating them, too!

Kyle's 2nd Birthday Party

A new way to wear party hats! Giving Cousin Coral a good-bye hug! Kyle had a lot of fun at his birthday party with the fam. He was so excited for his balloon cake after helping to pick it out over two weeks ago. And he was very excited to play with Cousin Coral. So much in fact that when it was time to open gifts, he was too into playing with other toys to open his new gifts... we let cousin Coral help. You could tell he was sugared up and had no attention span! I think he loved his pop-up Elmo card the most and still plays with it quite often. All in all, he had a fabulous second birthday party! He sure is spoiled!

Thanksgiving Day Parade

Kyle was absolutely mesmerized by the parade...the floats, the marching bands...the marching bands! He wouldn't even talk to us during the parade because he was so into it! As for Adam, he was ready to go after the first five minutes (this was his first time going to the parade). I had fun taking him after going with my family growing up...but we picked a good year because the weather was decent (no blizzards or crazy winds like when I was young)...and we came late and left early and still got a great spot (because we stood in some bushes.)
