Yummy

Here's Kyle enjoying his first popsicle. Nice and messy!

Go Tigers!

We had a blast at the Tigers' game with the Geottes's! Although we didn't sit long, we still were able to watch a great ending and enjoy a beautiful day at Comerica Park!

Milk, Water, or ....

So...it was someone's 30th birthday and people wondered what Kyle wants to drink. Check it out...

Paula's 60th Birthday Celebration

Here is the Kirklin fam at Tabor Hill in Bridgman, Michigan. It is one of my favorite places ever! Delicious food, fabulous wine, and beautiful views of the fields. To celebrate Adam's mom's 60th, a day of wine tasting was planned followed with a nice dinner at Tabor Hill. Unfortunately we didn't get to do the wine tasting and were late to dinner (food was lukewarm by the time we got there). Reason: we were back in ER with Kyle. The night before, we had driven home from Caseville, and then had planned on leaving bright and early to make it to celebrate. Well, Kyle woke up (after not sleeping well at all) with a horrible rash all over his torso..and it was spreading. Since there were no Dr.'s open, we tried to go to urgent care at Beaumont, but that wasn't open either so it ended up being ER. We think it was a reaction to the zithromiacin he was on from the visit to the ER in Pigeon a few days earlier due to a high fever. So the good news is that Kyle slept the WHOLE time in the car (which was needed) and we made it for dinner-sheewwww! Happy 60th Paula!

The Big 3-0

Well, people fear this birthday and let it quietly pass by...or embrace it and feel young! Which is just what I did! Never mind the fact that I'm finding gray hairs more and more often, I am loving this age! We had a great time celebrating up in Caseville with the other red-Stace, who was in town from Bama! Thanks for having us Walker's and for the yummy dinner and cake! And I couldn't resist but start the drinks flowing early (look at the clock). Those Walker's know how to party!
